Ago Rosso
The grapes of Moscato di Scanzo that are not suitable for drying are used for this wine: they are vinified in red and aged for three years in oak barrels. It reveals two souls:
the typical body of red grapes and highly developed notes which give it great elegance. Its bouquet has clear spicy notes and appealing fruity scents. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex and very harmonious. It is excellent as a dessert wine to be served with biscuits and cookies. Surprising as an aperitif with great class, served chilled.
